Cas' Story

Appalachian Farmstead's Cas Walker

Cas Walker is a gorgeous, 2019 jack. He is built to be shown successfully, as well as to serve as a superb herd sire in the future. Like his mother, Country Music's Eli Barsi, Cas is a very dark brown color with bright, white points. He has a very drafty build like his daddy, WLDF Tin Roof Sunday, and is extremely straight. During his first year of showing in 2021 as a two-year-old, Cas won his class in both shows, standing Reserve Junior Champion at the first and NMDA National Champion 2 Year Old Jack at the second. In 2022, Cas repeated his NMDA National Champion 2 Year Old Jack recognition, and was named Reserve Champion Jack at the Music City Show. Following this last show, Cas moved to Pennsylvania to serve as a herd sire for Jamie Popso, Jep's Farm.
